Can I check my shareholding online?

You can see details of your shareholding by visiting www.shareview.co.uk and creating a portfolio for your shareholdings. This is not limited to Legal and General shares. It can include shares of any other company where Equiniti Limited is the Registrar.

The Shareview service gives you:

  • direct access to information held for you on the share register (including recent movements)
  • a valuation of all investments held in your portfolio
  • information and practical help for shareholders
  • a quick holding enquiry option.

To use the portfolio service you will need your shareholder reference number (which can be found on your share certificate or most recent dividend counterfoil) and you will be asked to select your own PIN. For security reasons, a User ID will then be posted to your registered address.

Data transferred to your browser is encrypted and other internet users cannot gain access to your portfolio without your User ID and PIN.
